The base of the organisation is and always should be based on research and knowledge about Marxism. There are many different opinions and subideologies about Marxism, some of them are right, some of them are wrong. But it’s a key factor for every student of marxism to learn the foundation of Socialism and Communism. These works are mainly written by the most important Revolutionaries: Marx, Engels, Lenin, Trotsky and Zetkin. Off course there are more works, some of which are good to read, some of them not. But these 5 Authors should be your goto. Keep in mind that they might be important, but they are not infallible.
While reading, keep a critical mindset. This is important for every piece of literature you read, especially the ones from non-communists. Make yourself notes during the reading, write down everything important and think about them. A true communist is not only well read, but is a thinker. Communism is not a fixed set of ideas, it’s a science. And new ideas, new theories are welcomed.

1. The Communist Manifesto
Very basic yes, but everyone has to start with this work. It gives you a quick introduction into the topic, until you research further, which takes way more time.
2. The Permanent Revolution
Leon Trotskyies work about the Permanent Revolution is a base of our movement. We don’t work with the Idea of Socialism in One Country, like they did in the so called “Socialist States”, since we can’t ignore the global phenomena of Capitalism. It can only be defeated globaly and by a large Movement. We are weak alone, thats why we need to unite the whole human kind. Global trade is one point, that we need to control, in order to defeat capitalism. Most products these days are not a One Country one product, they are produced and shipped through verious countries. And ressources are a rarity at some places, but common in others. Controlling global trade will enable us to exchange ressources and production, to give everyone in the world an equal access to Necessities. On the other hand it will defeat Imperialism, which requieres global trade to extract capital (and ressources) from other countries.
